OVERVIEW:
Swarm Lacrosse is an elite, girls lacrosse club based in Orlando, Florida. As a Club, we are committed to our mission in everything we do - "Spreading Christ's message of love through lacrosse." Our culture promotes a love of teammates and expects a higher level of behavior from the coaches, athletes and parents on the sidelines. Our experienced coaches work hard to ensure progressive player skill development at every age level and to create a strong foundational understanding of the game of lacrosse.
Our high school program offers an instructional program for girls in grades 9th through 12th and there are no try-outs. Practice sessions will be a minimum of 90 minutes and will be led by former collegiate players and current high school coaches along with weekly guest coaches who are local and have experience with the game. This will allow for your daughter to learn from multiple people!
Please note that all members of Swarm Lacrosse must also be current members of US Lacrosse ($30/year).
UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT:
Players will require a lacrosse pinnie (of their choosing) and the following:
- Stick
- Helmet/Protective eyewear
- Mouthguard (Cannot be clear!)
- Cleats
- Water bottle
FALL 2023 SEASON INFO:
SWARM High School GIRLS (9th -12th Grade):
- Registration Details: Registration is open to new and returning players, however, roster slots are limited.
- Registration Fee: $475
- Practice Date/Times: Swarm High School will practice Monday and Wednesday 4:30 -5:30 PM
- Practice Location: Bishop Moore Practice Field (directly behind Memorial Stadium Bishop Moore High School Campus [3901 Edgewater Dr, Orlando, FL 32804]
- Practice Session Dates: Practices start Monday, August 28th.
- Games: Players will participate in 8 weeks of skills + drills practice and compete in the Fall Florida Wish Tournament, November 11-12.
