Girls will focus on strength/conditioning, speed/endurance and fundamentals/stick skills. They must bring their own equipment (stick, goggles, mouthguard, cleats, and water). Coaches will provide faith-focused, high-level instruction and ensure the girls have a wonderful experience growing the game!
Practices start August 26th and will be Mondays from 5:00-7:00 PM and Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 AM at Bishop Moore Catholic High School.
There will be 2 tournaments, one in September and one in October, with a possible 3rd tournament in December.

Swarm Lacrosse Club, Inc is a youth lacrose program established in Central Florida to serve boys and girls from kindergarten through high school. As a Club, we are committed to our mission in everything we do - "Spreading Christ's message of love through lacrosse." Our culture promotes a love of teammates and expects a higher level of behavior from the coaches, athletes and parents on the sidelines. Our experienced coaches work hard to ensure progressive player skill development at every age level and to create a strong foundational understanding of the game of lacrosse.
